Northwest College continues to reside just outside of the top-25 with an 18-4 season record. The Trappers continue to lead the Region IX North sub-region. Casper College (17-6), North Platte (18-3) and Sheridan (17-4) also garnered votes from among Region IX. Like Northwest College, none of the three received enough support among pollsters to appear in the top 25.

Freshman Alfonzo Hubbard remains one of the nation's most prolific scorers in Division I junior college basketball.
Hubbard averages 21.1 points per contest, currently ranking him No. 23 in the nation in that category.
Two more freshmen on the Trappers' roster appear prominently on the list of top 3-point shooters in the country.
Demetrice Jacobs, currently knocking down better than 58 percent of his shots from behind the arc, ranks fourth nationally according to the latest stat chart. Valdez Green, hitting at a 51-percent rate from downtown, sits 21st on the same list.
Jacobs also ranks 20th nationally in steals per contest.
On the team side, the Trappers' offensive average of 86.95 points per contest and 39.4 team 3-point percentage rank the squad high among teams reporting stats this week.
