Arnold and Vicki Mollett intend to subdivide a portion of their property into two simple subdivision residential lots containing 10.03 and 10.01 acres, respectively, located in the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 19, T. 57 N., R. 102 W. Both of the lots are vacant land. The property is zoned General Rural – 35 (GR-35). The proposed lots are located on Bennett Creek Road approximately one half mile west from the intersection with Park County Road 8UD.
