This matter comes on for the Court’s Consideration pursuant to the Plaintiff’s Motion for Service by Publication. The Court, having reviewed the Motion and supporting Affidavit, is of the opinion that such Motion is well taken and should be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Plaintiff herein shall serve Summons upon the Defendant for four consecutive weeks in the Powell Tribune, and thereafter return proof of such publication to the Clerk of this Court.
