PUBLIC NOTICE – FIRST PUBLICATION
Spomer Construction Co., Inc. of Powell, Wyoming has filed a small mining permit application with the Land Quality Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality for the mining of sand & gravel in Park County, Wyoming. The mining area is 2.5 miles southeast of Garland Wyoming and ¾ mile north of the Shoshone River, Lot 53I, Lot 53J & Lot 53P, Section 15, T. 55N, R 98. The application may be viewed at the Cheyenne or the Lander office of the Land Quality Division. The application will be re-advertised for public comment prior to approval by the Department of Environmental Quality.
