DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY
Notice is give that on August 30, 2021, Branden J Martinez, beneficiary pursuant to Wyoming Laws of Testate Succession, respectively, filed with the Clerk of the above Court his Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property pursuant to W.S. 2-1-205, the prayer of which is that the District Court enter a Decree of Distribution for decedent’s personal property and the interest in the real estate located in Park County, Wyoming, more specifically found in:
LOT 19, BLOCK 1, DEMINGS ADDITION TO THE TOWN (NOW CITY) OF POWELL; ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK “C” OF PLATS AT PAGE 1, RECORDS OF PARK COUNTY, STATE OF WYOMING.
Any person or person disputing the application are required to file their dispute in the office of the Clerk of said Court on or before 30 days after the date of the first publication of this Notice, and if such claims are not so filed, they will be forever barred
