The CODY CANAL IRRIGATION DISTRICT seeks sealed bids for the purchase of one new Compact Track Loader with the following specifications and options:
- 74 hp turbo diesel power
- Maximum weight 11,000 lbs.
- Maximum track width 80”
- Wide tracks
- Maximum ground pressure 5 lbs.
- 80” bucket with teeth
- Height at hinge pins 125”
- High flow hydraulics
- Quick change for attachments
- Cab with heat, air conditioning, joy stick control, suspension seat, rearview camera and radio
Option of trading in 2014 Bobcat T750 ID #ATF613052 with 1449 hours Date of Delivery within two months of bid opening

The sealed bids shall be received on or before 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, addressed to the Cody Canal Irrigation District, P. O. Box 1418, Cody, Wyoming 82414, or hand delivered to the Cody Canal Irrigation District, c/o McCarty, Reed and Earhart, Attorneys at Law, L.C., Suite 3270, 1501 Stampede Ave., Cody, Wyoming. Bids will be opened on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at the regular monthly meeting of the Cody Canal Irrigation District. The Board of Commissioners of the Cody Canal Irrigation District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the Commissioners may continue letting from time to time if, in their judgment, the same shall be necessary.
