Notice of Transfer Application for
County Retail Liquor License Ownership
Notice is hereby given that on August 24, 2022 an application was received in the office of the Park County Clerk to transfer ownership of a County Retail Liquor License from Brad Wagler to Wapiti Valley Meats, LLC for the following described place and premises: Lots 4 & 6 of Tract 53 Sec 15, O.S T52N R 104W, 6th PM located at 2 Streamside Dr. Cody, Wyoming. Protests, if any, against the application for said license shall be heard at 10:35 a.m. on Tuesday Sept 20, 2022, in the Park County Commissioners’ Room located at 1002 Sheridan Avenue in Cody, Wyoming.
