Public Hearing Notice of Transfer Application for
County Retail Liquor License Ownership
Notice is hereby given that on January 13, 2022 an application was received in the office of the Park County Clerk to transfer ownership of a County Retail Liquor License from Top of the World, Inc. dba Top of the World Store to Triple 9, Inc. dba Top of the World Resort for the following building located at 2832 Highway 212, Cody, Wyoming. Protests, if any, against the application for said license shall be heard at 9:35 a.m. on February 15, 2022, in the Park Countay Commissioners’ Room located at 1002 Sheridan Avenue in Cody, Wyoming.
