The return of the Lenten-Concert Series will continue at noon on Wednesday, March 13 in the Union Presbyterian Church with a performance from Pastor Janita Krayniak and Nevin Jacobs as soloists, Susan Adams-Trembath as an accompanist and Marianne Bibbey on the piano. This week’s menu features three soups: baked potato, taco and corn chowder. Bread options will include Dakota seed bread, cheddar jalapeño and sourdough French bread.
There is no charge for the event but free will donations can be given at the door, all proceeds will go to a scholarship fund for Powell’s elementary schools to use for students as needed.
