NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN LAND USE
CLASSIFICATION FOR PUD
On Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at 10:00a.m., the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the request of Karl and Stacey Bear to change the land use classification from a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to General Rural – Powell (GR-P) zoning. The PUD, a.k.a. PUD-5, was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on January 31, 1995 for land owned by Patrick and Silvia Kolp at that time. The Bears are the current owners of a portion of the property (0.4 acres) which is located approximately 2.5 miles southwest of Powell, on the north side of Highway 14A, and is described as a portion of Tract 3, Lot 59 Resurvey, T55N, R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming.
