The above captioned case is hereby set for hearing on the Petition for Organization of Irrigation District on the 18th day of the month of December, 2023, at 11:30 o’clock a.m., at the Park County Courthouse, in Cody, Wyoming. Any interested persons shall appear and participate to show cause why their land should not be included in said district:

Such Petition has been filed to increase efficacy and efficiency of management of the irrigation systems currently in place for the proposed area described as being all or a portion of Lots 44, 45, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60,67, 68, and 70, and Section 3, 4, 8, 9, 17, 18, 19, and 20, T55N, R97W, 6th PM, Big Horn County, Wyoming, and Being all or a portion of Lots 38, 39, 40, 41, 47, 48, 50, 51, 52, 60, 67, 68, and 75, and Sections 20, 21, 23, 24, 26, 28, and 29, T55N, R98W, 6th PM, Park County, Wyoming.
