Wyoming preference will be according to the State Policy. Bidders are required to include a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the base bid, payable to the Park County School District #1 in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The Park County School District #1 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding.
