Wyoming Outdoorsmen are sponsoring a Special Hunter Safety Course that is specifically focused and designed for women of any age who are beginning hunters.
Daughters who wish to bring their mother or father are encouraged to do so.
This class will be held at the new Cody Regional Game and Fish offices just north of Cody beginning on Wednesday, Feb. 7 from 6-9 p.m. and continuing at the same times on the evenings of Feb. 8-9 and continuing on Saturday, Feb. 10 from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
Attendance at all class sessions is required along with successfully passing the class exam in order to receive your Wyoming Game and Fish Hunter Safety certificate.
To enroll in this class, go to the Wyoming Game and Fish website, wgfd.wyo.gov/ or contact the Cody district Office of Wyoming Game and Fish at 307-527-7125.
Wyoming Outdoorsmen will be providing all classes with a water and snack break along with a graduation gift for all graduating students. For Saturday, Feb. 10, please bring along your own sack lunch.
