After a week off due to rainy weather, the Good Old Boys returned to the course this week with the game of the week being 1 and 2.
In this game a four-man team uses one low gross ball and two low net balls to determine a score.
Tying for first place this week were the teams of Marc Saylor, Don Hardy and Doug Firth — with Clark Jeffs as a blind draw — and the team of Kury Reynolds, Dennis McCollum, Steve Burtoft and Paul Devoss.
Both teams finished with a score of 219.
Finishing in third was the team of Gerry Johns, Buddy Rae, David Frost and Rhett Wolff with a score of 220.
With a score of 226 in fourth place was Larry Hedderman, Jason Quigley, Jim Tobin and Lloyd Snyder.
In fifth place with a score of 228 was the team of Judge Gambill, Jerry Linsdau, Jeffs and Cas Seago.
Four deuces were carded on the day, three of them on hole No. 4 by Firth, Hardy and Devoss. Quigley carded the other deuce on hole no. 15.
Reynolds finished with a low gross of 75 and Johns finished with a low net of 71.
