NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
GOLDEN WILLOW MINOR SUBDIVISION (MS-57) SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at 10:45 am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan of applicants, Jon & Gael Carter, for the Golden Willow Minor Subdivision (MS-57). The applicants request to split an approximately 4.27-acre residential lot from their 107-acre property. The proposed subdivision is located in Lot 5 and Lot 6 of Section 16, T55N, R101W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, in a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district, with an address of 902 Road 22, Powell.
The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room #105 in the Original Courthouse, 1002 Sheridan Ave. Cody, WY.
