NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FRY GRAVEL & EXCAVATION SUP-214
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 10:15 am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the Special Use Permit (SUP) Application for the Fry Gravel & Excavation SUP-214 (Applicants: Spencer & Cindy Fry). The Frys propose a Cottage Industry use to operate their excavation business. The proposed use will be located approximately 1.2 miles northeast of Ralston on a 3.33-acre parcel described as Lot 1 of Hawley SS-247, T55N, R100W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming. The parcel is located in a General Rural-Powell (GR-P) zoning district and has an address of 1303 US Highway 14A.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. Should public access to the building be prohibited due to COVID-19 response, instructions on how to participate in the meeting virtually will be provided at www.parkcounty.us at least 24 hours prior to the hearing date.
