TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on the 18th day of August, 2020, an Affidavit and Application for Summary Distribution (the “Application”) was filed by Petitioners David Wayne Fehlhafer, Dianne Renee Vancura, Deborah Sue Cox and Barbara Lynn Halferty (collectively, “Petitioners”) as Probate No. 10106 in the District Court, Fifth Judicial District, in and for Park County, Wyoming. In the Application, Petitioners claim the property of the estate of the decedent, Ralph Carl Fehlhafer, more particularly described in the Application. Any objections to the Application must be filed in the above-named Court within thirty (30) days of August 25, 2020, the date of the first publication of this notice, and if such claims are not so filed, they will be forever barred.
