NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - PARK COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
BUSINESS READY COMMUNITY GRANT AND LOAN PROGRAM -
DISPOSAL OF GRANT FUNDED INFRASTRUCTURE
Per Wyoming Business Counsel Rules Park County is proposing to sell to Yellowstone Recreations, LLC infrastructure that was partially acquired with Business Ready Community grant funding in 2010. Said infrastructure is hereby described as electrical upgrades, beginners chair lift, west side chair lift and snow making equipment all of which is installed and located at Sleeping Giant Ski Area.
The public hearing to dispose of said equipment will be held on November 16, 2021 at 9:45 am in the Commissioners Chambers of the old courthouse 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody WY.
