NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
HEART VIEW MINOR SUBDIVISION (MS-33)
SKETCH PLAN REVIEW AND VARIANCE REQUEST
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 10:30 a.m., the Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and sketch plan for the Heart View Minor Subdivision (MS-33) (Applicants Pete & Tanna DiPilla). The proposed subdivision is comprised of five lots: one 2-acre lot and three 1-acre lots designated for residential use and one 15.47-acre lot designated for agriculture/residential use. The proposed subdivision is located east of County Road 8, south of DiPilla Lane, in Lot 80-M, Resurvey, T55N, R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, approximately one-mile northeast of Powell, Wyoming in a GR-P (General Rural-Powell) zoning district.
At this same meeting, the Board of County Commissioners will consider a variance request from the applicants to exempt Lot 5 of the proposed Heart View MS-33 from the requirement to install utilities to the lot line.
The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room #105 in the Original Courthouse, 1002 Sheridan Ave. Cody, WY.
