REQUEST FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Northwest College is requesting Professional Design Services for the following disciplines: Architecture, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Surveying, and Geo-Technical for miscellaneous small projects with professional services individually valued at $25,000.00 maximum, or less than $100,000.00 construction valuation.
In order to be considered, Statements of Qualifications must be received by Northwest College on or before 10:00 a.m., June 17th, 2020. Bid Packets may be hand delivered to Physical Plant Building, 839 Road 9.5, Powell, WY 82435 or mailed to Northwest College, ATTN: Deb Jacobs, 231 W 6th St, Powell, WY 82435. Selection will be made in accordance with Wyoming Law (W.S. 9-2-1027 through 9-2-1033) and Federal Regulations. Firms must also comply with W.S. 33-4-101 through 33-4-117 and 33-29-401 and 33-29-602 (Professional engineers and professional land surveyors may practice professional engineering or professional land surveying in Wyoming through a business entity provided the business entity has registered with the Wyoming Board of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors and has otherwise complied with Wyoming Statute 33-29-602).

Submittal Requirements:
1. Cover letter with company name, discipline proposing for, address, contact name, phone number and e-mail of contact person.
2. Completed statement of qualifications, including a U.S. Government Standard Form 254/255 or Standard Form 330, not required but preferred.
3. Hourly rate schedule to be used for the three year contract
4. Current Certificate of Insurance
5. Current Certificate of Good Standing from Workers’ Comp
6. Current Certificate of Good Standing from Unemployment

This is not a request for proposal. Northwest College is not obligated to award any contract. Multiple contracts may be awarded.
