NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CRAMER MINOR SUBDIVISION (MS-44) SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 2:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan for the Cramer Minor Subdivision (MS-44) (Applicant: William Cramer). The proposed subdivision is comprised of five lots; one 21.67-acre lot, one 17.30-acre lot and three 10-acre lots, each designated for residential use. The proposed subdivision is located approximately two miles north of Powell on State Highway 295 on a 68.94-acre parcel owned by Joann Cramer, described as the W/2NW/4 of Lot 38 T56N, R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, in a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. Should public access to the building be prohibited due to COVID-19 response, instructions on how to participate in the meeting virtually will be provided at www.parkcounty.us at least 24 hours prior to the hearing date. In the event that multiple hearings are on the agenda, complete applications will be heard in the order in which they were received.
