Emergency Meeting
Wednesday, March 18, 2020
Chairman Tilden called to order an emergency meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Park County, Wyoming, on Wednesday, March 18, 2020. Present were Vice Chairman, Lee Livingston, Commissioners, Dossie Overfield, Jake Fulkerson, Lloyd Thiel, and Clerk Colleen Renner.
Clerk Renner led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Chairman Tilden began by stating that we need to deliver a united front and all information should go through the chairman and the Public Information Officer, so we send one unified message.
Chairman Tilden began with requesting an update from Dr. Billin and Mr. Crampton. Dr, Billin gave an assessment and recommendations on how to move forward and explained the Public Health Order that he and the County Attorney are working through. The Public Health Order Recorded Number is 2020-1572 in IDOC.
Commissioner Overfield made a motion to appoint Russ Wenke, Public Information Officer for COVID 19, Commissioner Livingston seconded, and motion carried.
After a lengthy discussion on how each department will operate moving forward Ms. Kohn will set up times for Thursday, March 19 and have each department come with an office plan. Currently the Park County Courthouse is under a soft closure.

Commissioner Livingston made a motion to adjourn, Commissioner Fulkerson seconded, and the motion carried.
