Regular Meeting
Monday, June 15, 2020
Chairman Tilden called to order a regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Park County, Wyoming, on Tuesday, June 15, 2020. Present were Vice Chairman, Lee Livingston, Commissioners, Dossie Overfield, Jake Fulkerson, Lloyd Thiel, and Clerk Colleen Renner.
Discussions were had with the following Departments regarding the Preliminary Park County Budget Fiscal Year 2020-21.
Park County Library
Museum Board
Parks & Recreation Board
Fair Advisory Board & Events
Office of Homeland Security
Sheriff and Detention
County Clerk & Elections Department
Commissioners & Youth Services
Fair Advisory Board returned with a plan after meeting with Dr. Billin, Park County Health Officer to plan an event with local food vendors, possible beer garden and local bands. The market livestock show will still take place this year, and the board will return with corrected budget numbers.

Buildings & Grounds
Capital Projects –Discussion centered on how many years the Board can continue putting off the maintenance on buildings, carpet, HVAC systems and parking lots that need crack sealed.
Treasurer
The budget discussions will continue tomorrow June 16th after lunch.
Adjourn.
Commissioner Overfield made a motion to adjourn, Commissioner Livingston seconded, and the motion carried.
