Coleman Dean Killinger, born March 20, 1995, was killed in action serving in the Ukrainian military on March 15, 2024.
The Powell High School grad served in the U.S. Navy and then started his own security company. Then he went to serve in Ukraine after the Russian invasion. He was a son, brother, uncle and a friend to many.
He is survived by his parents Brad and Patricia Killinger, sisters McKenzie Killinger, Tiana and Megan Garcia, Kori Turner, grandmother and large extended family. A memorial service is on June 21, 2024 at the Seventh Street The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Powell at 2 p.m. All are welcome to attend.
