Park County Crisis Intervention Services Cody Office
Renovation and Addition Project
This project includes renovation and addition to the Park County Crisis Intervention Services Cody Office. The project consists of an interior renovation and addition to the existing Park County Crisis Intervention Services Cody office. The project will be a two-phased project, with independent funding sources obtained by the organization. The interior renovation will remodel the offices to create new ADA accessible toilet rooms, minor wall modifications and interior finishes. The renovation will remove one of the duplex’s stairwells and combine access to the second floor into one second floor landing, and office access with a new segregated exterior entrance. The first-floor renovation provides access between the duplex suites via a new hallway under the existing stair. Interior remodel materials include new wood stud walls, bearing wall structural reinforcement, new drywall finishes, painting, flooring, plumbing fixtures and residential style cabinetry. The addition includes two new studio apartments, attached to the existing office building, with a link between the existing and new structures. The apartments include a new kitchenette, living space, bedroom and bathroom. Construction includes new foundations (full basement alternate #1) with mechanical space for HVAC equipment and ductwork distribution and plumbing routing. The new apartments are metal sided, asphalt architectural shingle roofed wood type construction with pre-engineered trusses.
