The Cody branch of the American Association of University Women, known as AAUW, awards a Cody-area woman who will be at the junior, senior or graduate level of college in their next semester. Selection for the scholarship is based on scholastic ability, financial need, indication of commitment to a chosen field, and overall quality of the application.
Cody AAUW members welcome applicants for a $2,000 scholarship to be granted on May 1, with the deadline for the application on April 1. AAUW hosts meetings at Cody Library on the first Tuesday of the month. Visitors are invited to join the friendship and enjoy local event presenters.
