NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Powell Planning and Zoning Commission in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at Powell, Wyoming, on Monday, October 26, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. and that a public hearing will be held by the governing body of the City of Powell in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building in Powell, Wyoming, on Monday, November 2, 2020, at 6:05 p.m., the purpose of which is to consider the zoning designation of the following described property R-L, Limited Residential District, per Chapter 17.20 of the Powell Municipal Code.
The legal description of the subject real property is as follows:
A parcel of land located within Lot 75-L of Lot 75, T. 55 N., R. 99 W. of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming according to the Government Resurvey shown as Parcel “A” on the “Record of Survey” attached hereto and by this mention made a part hereof and more particularly described as follows:
The north 249.00 feet of said Lot 75-L
Said parcel containing 7.50 gross acres, more or less
