INVITATION FOR BIDS
PARK COUNTY, WYOMING, is soliciting bids for furnishing all tools, labor, materials, transportation and services necessary for the replacement of carpet/flooring at the Park County Courthouse, 1002 Sheridan Ave, Cody, WY.
All bidders must meet Wyoming State Statue 16-6-102 requirements. Request for Proposals are available from Park County’s Superintendent of Buildings & Grounds at 655 East 5th St, Powell, Wyoming or by submitting an email request to mgarza@parkcounty.us
Proposal must be submitted on the proposal form provided by Park County. The successful bidder must furnish the required Performance Bond within ten (10) days after notification that your company has been awarded the bid.
Proposals may not be withdrawn after the time fixed for opening them. Park County reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any and all proposals.
In accordance with Section 16-6-102, Volume 3, Title 9 of the Wyoming Compiled Statutes, 1977, preference will be given to Resident Wyoming Contractors as outlined in the Statute.
