Notice of Public Auction Sale
In accordance with the provisions Wyo. Stat. ‘ 29-7-105 and Wyo. Stat ‘ 34.1-7-210(b) all personal property left by previous tenants of certain storage units of Brandt’s Mini Storage will be publicly sold in lots or in parcels at a live public auction at Brandt’s Mini Storage, 1191 Rd 9, Powell, Wyoming on October 10th, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. The sale items include:
All personal property and household items currently left and stored in Units 104, S-29B, 52, 83, 31, S-25A, 39, S-22, S-11, 70, 93, 20, S-30, 55, S-24A, Brandt’s Mini Storage, 1191 Rd 9, Powell, Wyoming.
Sale items may be viewed at 5:30 p.m. on October 10th, 2019. Bidding for the live auction will begin at 5:30 p.m., on October 10th, 2019 and continue on until 6:30 p.m., October 10th, 2019. The highest bid for each lot will be accepted at the close bidding.
