Ashpalt bids

Notice is hereby given that the Northwest College will receive sealed bids until 2:00 P.M., local time, April 21, 2022, at the NWC Physical Plant Office, 839 Road 9½, Powell, WY, for materials, labor, services, transportation, and complete construction of NWC Asphalt Maintenance Project – FY2022 and FY2023. The Engineer’s opinion of probable construction cost ranges from $325,000 (no alternates) to $500,000 (with additive alternates). Work includes repair of potholes with asphalt patching, crack sealing, slurry sealing, striping, and other improvements of multiple campus parking lots. Work is to be completed in summer 2022. All bids publicly opened and read aloud - date and time stated above. Mail or deliver to Northwest College. Northwest College will take no responsibility for delivery of bids through mail. Complete digital copies of the bidding documents are available at www.questcdn.com and at www.eaengineers.com under PROJECTS OUT TO BID. Interested Contractors will be required to register with the website to download the bidding documents for $25 by inputting Quest project #8164233 on the website’s Project search page. Northwest College reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities if deemed in the best interest of the Owner. No bid may be considered unless accompanied by the required bid guarantee of 5% of the total bid amount which amount shall be forfeited if the bidder is awarded the Contract and fails to enter into a Contract with the Owners. A Mandatory Pre-bid Conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., local time, on April 7, 2022, at Physical Plant Office, 839 Road 9½, Powell, WY. Bidders are required to attend and participate in the conference. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of the bid which will be returned unopened to the Bidder.
