NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AMENDED PLAT OF CRAMER MS-44
(NO BUILD ZONE)
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 9:35am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will consider the Amended Plat of Cramer MS-44. (Applicant: Dusty Gravatt). The applicant intends to amend and vacate portions of the No Build Zone previously dedicated on the south 615’ of Lot 5 on the Cramer MS-44 plat. The subdivision is located approximately 1.5 miles north of Powell, on the east side of State Highway 295, within the W/2NW/4 of Lot 38 T56N, R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, in a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district.
