Richard Neal Williams, of Powell, Wyoming, died Aug. 13, 2023, at the hospice house surrounded by his family.
He was born Jan. 18, 1932, in Yale, Oklahoma to Chester Williams and Flora (Potter) Williams.
After graduating high school he married Mary Skinner.
Later, he married Rosalie Ann Hepple.
Dick worked as a tool pusher, enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing and pack trips to the Thorofare.
He is survived by children Mitch (Judy) Williams, Rick (Val) Williams, Jerry Flitcraft, Jeff (Sherry) Flitcraft, Lisa (Leon) DiBernardo and Cindy Williams; and brother Jerry (Judy) Williams; 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by Ron, Dean, Bill, Laurence, Jack, his parents, daughters Cheryl (Sissy), son Scott, and Susan Dilli.
Thompson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
