Delfino Juarez intends to subdivide his property into five minor subdivision residential lots containing 3.51, 3.52, 3.54, 14.77, and 15.04 acres, respectively, located in Lot 83-A of Lot 83, T. 56 N., R. 99 W., and Lot 83-H, and Lot 83-I of Lot 83, T. 55 N., R. 99 W.
All the lots are agricultural land. The property is zoned General Rural – Powell (GR-P).
The proposed lots are located to the South and West of the intersection of Lane 7 and Road 10.
