GUNNAR MINOR SUBDIVISION
(MS-77) SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at 9:35am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan for Gunnar Minor Subdivision (MS-77) (Applicants: Kenneth and Kristen Heinrich on behalf of Triple KB Ranch, LLC). The proposed subdivision will create one 17.94-acre lot, for residential and/or agricultural use, and a 52.62-acre exempt remainder parcel. The proposed subdivision is within an approximately 70.56-acre parcel described as Lot 2 of Section 21, Lots 2 and 3 and the N1/2NW1/4 of Section 28, Lots 1 and 2 of Section 29, and a portion of lands within Tract 1 of Lot 77, Resurvey, T55N, R98W of the 6th P.M., Park County, WY. The property is approximately 3.3 miles southeast of Powell, west of County Road 5 and south of County Lane 11, with a physical address of 1100 Road 5. The property is in the Cody/Powell Rural Planning Area, in the General Rural-Powell (GR-P) zoning district.
