Furnace bids

Park County Weed & Pest Control District
is seeking bids for the following:
• Furnace replacement: Replace two 100k BTU furnaces and all necessary components required for optimal performance including thermostats for office building. Minimum 95% efficiency. Provide for disposal of old furnaces.
• Furnace installation: Install a 45k BTU overhead heater and all necessary components for 1,000 square foot metal building.
Work to be performed on Park County Weed and Pest office building at 1067 Road 13, Powell, WY.
Project viewing:
All interested bidders may view the work during regular business hours. 8.30 A.M. – 4 P.M. Monday through Friday.
Sealed Bids:
All bids shall be sealed and labeled “furnace replacement” and/or “new overhead furnace” and submitted by February 27, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. All bids will be opened and considered at the district board meeting the following day at 10:00 A.M.
Park County Weed and Pest Control District reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and further reserves the right to waive any informalities deemed in the best interest of Park County Weed and Pest Control District.
Bid Instructions:
Bids must be submitted by February 27, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. Bids may be sent electronically or as hard copies.
