A visit from Santa plus the Jingle Store for children 12 and younger to shop for gifts for family members and a chance for adults to “jingle and mingle” with neighbors and friends will be among attractions at the 2023 Clark Christmas Jingle on Tuesday, Nov. 28.
The event will run from 5-7 p.m. at the Clark Pioneer Recreation Center. There is no admission fee and there will be free refreshments, but there will be a $1 fee for kids’ games (with prizes awarded) and a charge for food including chili, as well as chili dogs and hot dogs with chips.
Also scheduled is a craft show with tables still available. The contact is Kristin Adkins at 937-417-2870. Free refreshments will include coffee, hot apple cider and cookies with fixings available for those who prefer tea or hot chocolate.
Besides games and the Jingle Store, youngsters will be able to visit a craft booth. They will be able to make snowflakes from cutouts and embellish them with various items. They’ll also be provided the chance to color Christmas cards. Santa will be available throughout most of the Christmas Jingle.
All proceeds from sales will benefit the rec center. Donating items to varying degrees for the food booth, game prizes and other fundraising items are Don Tolman, Rock Creek Ranch, Canyon Real Estate, Ringler Custom Leather and Clarks Fork Trading Co.
