In conjunction with the Wyoming Game and Fish Department’s Free Fishing Day on Saturday, daily use fees are being waived at all state parks/recreation areas that provide angling.
WyoParks locations offering free entrance include the Buffalo Bill State Park west of Cody, along with Boysen, Curt Gowdy, Edness K. Wilkins, Fort Phil Kearny, Glendo, Guernsey, Keyhole, Seminoe and Hawk Springs.
There are some limitations as camping fees are not being waived, and the waiver does not apply to reservations.
Fishing opportunities also exist at the Bear River, Hot Springs, Medicine Lodge and Sinks Canyon sites, which offer free entrance year-round.
