Dear Editor:
The best way to judge a candidate is to look at their track record. In the United States Senate, Wyoming does not need an unknown quantity. Wyoming needs a senator with a track record like former United States Rep. Cynthia Lummis.
A quick review of the bills she cosponsored while she was in Washington, D.C., demonstrates Cynthia shares Wyoming’s values. Amongst many other pieces of legislation, she cosponsored legislation protecting firearms rights, providing reciprocity for concealed carry, preserving privacy of American citizens, reforming civil asset forfeiture, seeking justice for victims of human trafficking, honoring the fallen heroes of 9/11 and enhancing the penalties for counterfeit drugs.
While others pay lip service to their opinions, Cynthia Lummis has fought the fight. In the tough times Wyoming is facing, we need a senator who can hit the ground running. Cynthia Lummis has been there, fought the fight and is ready for more. There is no other choice for United States senator for Wyoming.
