Notice is hereby given that bids are being accepted for the sale of the following used surplus equipment:
One (1) 2001 Tandem axle flatbed trailer, 7’ x 18’ .
The bid is to be a lump sum price. The equipment is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and must be removed by March 13, 2020.
The equipment is available for inspection at 50 Agua Via, Cody, Wyoming, by appointment. Please contact Craig Barsness, 527-6492.
Bids will be received by Shoshone Municipal Water Joint Powers Board (d/b/a Shoshone Municipal Pipeline) at their office at 50 Agua Via, (P.O. Box 488), Cody, Wyoming 82414 until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2020, and then publicly opened and read aloud. A board decision on the bids will be made on Monday, March 9, 2020.
