NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
HECHT COMMUNICATION TOWER SUP-226
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 11:20 am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider Special Use Permit (SUP) Application of Scott Hecht proposing a Major Utility Use for a 160’ communication tower to replace an existing tower. The proposed tower will be located within a 9.03-acre parcel approximately 1.5 miles south of Powell with an address of 1110 Road 9. The parcel is described as part of Lot 51-A, Resurvey T55N, R99W, 6t P.M., Park County, Wyoming, and is located in a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room #105 in the Original Courthouse, 1002 Sheridan Ave. Cody, WY.
