NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOPHOJ MS-36 SKETCH PLAN
On Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 10:45 a.m. the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to review the Sketch Plan of Tophoj Minor Subdivision (MS-36) (Applicants: Elton and Lauren Tophoj). The applicants request to create three lots; one 3.47-acre lot, one 3.5-acre lot, and one 3.78-acre lot for residential use. The parcel is located in Lot 74-J, Lot 74 (NWSW, Original Section 32), T55N, R98W, 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, in a General Rural-Powell (GR-P) zoning district with an address of 1263 Road 6, Powell, WY.
The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room #105 in the Original Courthouse, 1002 Sheridan Ave. Cody, WY. Should public access to the building be prohibited due to COVID-19 response, instructions on how to participate in the meeting virtually will be provided at www.parkcounty.us at least 24 hours prior to the hearing date.
