Two Cody natives, Keshia Adams and Rob Balsam, have opened Sovereign State Title Company.
They offer many years of experience in title and escrow services and are able to handle title insurance and settlement services. Adams and Balsam say they can make the process faster and easier than those operations have been in the past. The Cody-based company is locally owned but can assist with closing transactions in any area of Wyoming.
The team members are fully licensed and invite all members of the community to stop by the office at 1143 Rumsey Ave. and say hello. Sovereign State Title is also available by calling 307-300-0048.
