Notice is hereby given to Marcos Nunez Vega that on August 10, 2015, Alan J. Bair purchased the following property for delinquent taxes: Lots 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 Block 2 Garland, Park County Wyoming. The Certificate of Purchase Number was 11047. Said property is deeded in the name of Marcos Nunez Vega and was subject to and assessed for taxation and assessment for the year 2015, being taxed and/or assessed in the name of Marcos Nunez Vega who has failed to redeem said real property in the manner provided by law. Therefore, Alan J. Bair intends to make application for a Tax Deed on February 15, 2022. There are no special assessments.
