NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
HAPPY DAYS MINOR SUBDIVISION (MS-86) SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan for Happy Days Minor Subdivision (MS-86) (applicant/owner: David Bugher). The proposed subdivision will create one 2.64-acre lot and one 2.65-acre lot, from a 5.29-acre parcel. The property is Lot 1-A of the Amended Plat of Simple Subdivision SS-11, Lot 80-T, Resurvey, T55N, R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, WY. The unaddressed property is located approximately 725 feet northeast of the City of Powell, west of County Road 8 on the north side of County Lane 8, in a Rural Residential 2-Acre (RR-2) zoning district in the Powell Planning Area.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY.
