NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ADOBE FLATS MINOR SUBDIVISION (MS-85) SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 9:35am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan for Adobe Flats Minor Subdivision (MS-85) (Applicants: Ric and Paul Rodriguez on behalf of Ric Rodriguez LLC, landowner). The proposed subdivision will create one 18.18-acre lot from a 148.04-acre parcel, resulting in a 129.86-acre exempt remainder parcel. The proposed subdivision is located within Lot 8 and Lot 9 in Section 5, SE1/4NE1/4, E1/2SE1/4 in Section 6, Resurvey, T55N, R100W of the 6th P.M., Park County, WY. The property is in a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district in the Cody/Powell Rural Planning Area, approximately 7.5 miles west of the City of Powell, on the west side of Highway 294, approximately 1/4 mile north of County Lane 8, with an address of 790 Highway 294, Powell, Wyoming.
