NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NORTH END ACRES MAJOR SUBDIVISION SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan for the North End Acres Major Subdivision (Applicant: William Cramer). The proposed subdivision is comprised of nine lots, ranging from 3.89-acres to 6.05-acres, each designated for residential use. The proposed subdivision is located approximately 1.5 miles north of Powell along County Road 6 on a 44.99-acre parcel owned by Joann Cramer, described as the E1/2NW1/4 of Lot 38 T56N, R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, excepting the north 1155.20 feet, in a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. Should public access to the building be prohibited due to COVID-19 response, instructions on how to participate in the meeting virtually will be provided at www.parkcounty.us at least 24 hours prior to the hearing date.
