NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
COW CREEK ESTATES MINOR SUBDIVISION (MS-88) SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 1:30pm, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan for Cow Creek Estates Minor Subdivision (MS-88) (Applicants/landowners: Tye L & Tammi R Henderson). The proposed five-lot agricultural and residential subdivision will create two 1.59-acre lots, one 1.12-acre lot, one 2.38-acre lot and one 1.86-acre lot from a 309.29-acre parcel, resulting in a 300.75-acre remainder parcel. The proposed subdivision is within, Tract 6 and Tract 7 of Lot 86, Resurvey, T55N, R100W of the 6th P.M., Park County, WY. The property is in a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district in the Cody-Powell Rural Planning Area, approximately 4.7 miles west of Powell city limits, at the terminus of County Road 15 with an address of 963 Road 15, Powell WY.
