This Notice is a corrective addendum to Blue Bell Properties, LLC’s Notice of Intent to Subdivide, published in the Powell Tribune on January 26, 2021 and February 2, 2021. The Notice announced a 5-lot Minor Subdivision and should have included the intended use of the parcels as residential.
