Notice of Public Auction Sale
In accordance with the provisions Wyo. Stat. ‘ 29-7-105 and Wyo. Stat ‘ 34.1-7-210(b) all personal property left by previous tenants of certain storage units of Brandt’s Mini Storage will be publicly sold in lots or in parcels at a live public auction at Brandt’s Mini Storage, 1191 Rd 9, Powell, Wyoming on April 28th, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. The sale items include:
All personal property and household items currently left and stored in Units 90, 103, 108, 109, 41, 37, 31, 12X, S-1, S-4, S-5, S-14, S-19, 51, 53, 54, 55, 59, 63, 67, 68, 79, Brandt’s Mini Storage, 1191 Rd 9, Powell, Wyoming.
Sale items may be viewed at 5:30 p.m. on April 28th, 2022. Bidding for the live auction will begin at 5:30 p.m., on April 28th, 2022, and continue on until 6:30 p.m., April 28th, 2022. The highest bid for each lot will be accepted at the close of bidding.
