NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ONE CORNERSTONE LLC SUP-229
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at 1:00 pm, the Park County Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the Special Use Permit (SUP) Application for One Cornerstone LLC SUP-229 (Applicants: Karl & Stacy Bear). The applicants are proposing a minor commercial use to advertise and display sheds for sale. The use is proposed on an unaddressed 0.4-acre parcel located approximately two miles west of Powell, located within Tract 11, Lot 60 in T55N, R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming. The property is in a General Rural - Powell (GR-P) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operations Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. In the event that multiple hearings are on the agenda, complete applications will be heard in the order in which they were received.
